Hi I'm Pascal! I was born in a Texas shelter. When I was 5 weeks old my siblings, mama and I all went on a big adventure north here to Minnesota so we could find families who would love us. Fast forward to now and I'm ready to leave the nest and find my very own home.
I’m a growing puppy but I am learning a lot. I have had experience with kids and like them a lot. I am also crate trained. I have a cat in my foster home that I am a bit curious about, but not in an aggressive way. I am about 25 pounds right now but continue to grow. My foster mom says I am a perfect puppy.
Even though I was the biggest by in my litter, I’m the most mellow. I’m also a superb athlete and would love agility training or learning to play with a frisbee. I’m a complete pro at rolling the kibble ball all over the yard. I have amazing soccer skills.
I sleep quiety in my small penned area with an open kennel and can make it all night while sleeping with my brother. I am working on learning new things every day. For example, we are working on leash walking, and commands like sit, come, off, and go potty.
I really like feeding time! I run into my kennel for feeding time and gobble up all the yummies. I am a very fast learner too. I learned that running into my kennel got me the first bowl of food with none of my siblings trying to eat my food.
I do not bark very much and don’t even bark at new things either. If I’m alarmed I might bark a bit but then quiet down. I love all kinds of people. I also really like toys. I like to take them to my bed to paly with them. I also really really like treats, like really really lots!
I’m still a puppy but am learning to use a dog door and if I am only in one room at a time, I am pretty reliable with the potty training. I think that’s pretty great for being so young still.
Although I am part of a family that has a big pack now I don’t necessarily need to be in a home with another doggie. I’d be okay with just me. And although I am learning to do the leash, I would need a fenced in yard because I still have some work to do to master the leash. And since everything is so new to us puppies, I can be a bit of a flight risk in that I might get scared at seeing something new and want to run.
I am an independent fellow who can easily entertain myself with toys and finding my own bed to rest in. I like to sleep and I sleep pretty hard. My mom says I snore, but she says it is a very cute little snore. I am not very mouthy and can be easily redirected to a proper chew toy. I’d make a great first puppy who is looking for a solid, mellow, smart and of course very adorable fella. I do like to be active so making sure I have activity (with the various naps throughout the day of course) is something I hope I find. My foster home is very busy and active and I really love all the activity. I’m in very good shape too so maybe you could have a buddy to do some fun activities with (that’d be me in case you didn’t know).
I’m very excited to meet you! I hear that furever homes are awesome and I cannot wait to find mine!

I’m a growing puppy and I have not yet had a lot of experience with crates, kids or cats and I might bark if something alarms me, but I really love to learn and hoping for a family who will take me to a basic obedience class to continue to help me build confidence and dog skills. Ideally my forever home would need to be home during the day to help me with my potty training and not leave me for breaks longer than 3 – 4 hours. If you are looking for a best friend, please fill out the puppy application. The more info you include on the application the better so I can find a good match for my forever home. Get your toy box ready!
**Obedience classes are required when adopting this puppy from Underdog Rescue. Many of our puppies have a mama who had a past life as a breeder or stray and was not properly socialized before coming to Underdog Rescue. Since coming to Underdog, this puppy has been in a socialized and loving home, but that needs to be continued with its Adopters. Training classes teach puppies the ins and outs of being a pet while creating a bond with their new Adopter. Obedience classes are key to creating a relationship with your puppy while having it be a happy and successful member of society. Proof of Obedience Class registration is required for this puppy before adoptions can be finalized. If you would like some suggestions, we would be happy to send some trainers who have experience with Underdog Rescue, but a Basic Obedience class in your area should work!
Some of our dogs are obtained from commercial breeders where they spent their lives getting comfort from their canine friends. Others have come from various situations where they are lacking confidence in humans. In turn, most require another companion dog in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog, and do not currently have a dog residing with you, please understand that your home might not be the right fit for many of our dogs.
This puppy requires an application fee. This fee must be paid within 24 hours or your application will be considered void.
We will not review or contact applicants that have not completed the payment portion.
Puppy Applications will be responded to within 5 business days, after receipt of the application fee.
Please understand that paying the fee does not guarantee you will be approved to adopt the puppy. Our goal is place puppies in homes that are suited for their individual needs. You may be willing and able to provide a great home, but if it doesn’t meet the specific needs of the puppy, we will not approve your application.
We accept applications for puppies until we have a candidate that meets all of the requirements needed for the specific puppy and they have been contacted to review the adoption process as well as agree to all of the terms to move forward.
