Keep checking back for upcoming events I will be attending!

I’m Verity! I’m a 16lb Mini-Aussie. I love being around hoomans! They are so pawsome! One of my favorite things is to lay down by someone on the couch. I also don’t mind doing snuggles either. I also like doing nappage, but mostly when the hoomans are around. I just love them so much. I am doing really well in living with my foster family. I also have brothers and sisters. Some are dogs and some are cats and guess what? I like them all! Some folks think brothers and sisters are trouble, but not me! I love them so barking much!!! So, I really hope that if you’re thinking of making me a part of your family, that you have another brother or sister for me because I just definitely need me a doggie sibling!
I am also learning about doing zoomies and smellage in the backyard. There is so much cool stuff out there. When I’m inside, I like to play with my toys. I have a stuffed toy that is purple. I also have a stuffed toy that looks like a fish. I like to play with that a lot too. When I do good things, I get yummy soft treats.
You should know that I’m fully potty trained. Being the fine young lady that I am, I only do my business outside. I am also crate trained. Isn’t that cool ? Now I’m still learning a bit on the leash thing. When I do the walkies, I have a special harness that my foster mom uses to help make sure I’m nice and safe and comfy too you know. But when we aren’t on the walkies, I love me my fenced in backyard. So, if you could find me a furever home with a fenced in yard, that’d be the best thing a girl could ask for!
My foster family is teaching me stuff, but I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it. I know I will though, you just wait and see. I am also really enjoying the little hoomans too. I will do a little tiny itty bitty bit of barkage, but it’s really only if I’m alarmed. And to be honest, isn’t that what you want us doggies to do? You know, to keep our hoomans nice and safe? So really it is a good thing that I tell you when something is alarming right?
Like all true ladies, I’m a very friendly and very well-mannered girl. I definitely like to be where the action is and I definitely like to be around my hoomans. So, if you’re looking for a fun and delightful girl to join your family to share lots of fun and laughter and snuggles, then I’m definitely your girl! What do you say?
Many of our dogs are rescued from commercial breeders where they spent their lives getting comfort from their canine friends. In turn, most require another companion dog in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog, and do not currently have a dog residing with you, please understand that your home might not be the right fit for many of our dogs.
